The role of the leader is a myth. However the context of the "leader" is more concrete. The activities of leadership are never predicated on the present but always the past. Leadership is a continuation of the past just as the future is a continuation of the past. The aesthetics of leadership, i.e. Physical property, only serve the function of "exhibiting the rare." We are trained to find value in scarcity even if the scarcity is artificial. The contextual recipe that creates the prime conditions for one to lead are forever shifting similar to the wheels of a slot machine. And even though a slot machine can be rigged so as to give you the same continuous result eventually the amount of coins in a particular machine will run out thus rendering it useless. So the elimination of chance is also not a guarantee for the continuation of leadership. This also eliminates the validity of "Divine Right" as a mechanism to eliminate chance and therefore establish continuous leadership for eventually the initial resource upon which it was founded will be exhausted much like the coins in a rigged slots machine. Domination is not based on followers. Domination is based on "Following Leaders." The proper way to rig the machine is not to give it the ability to give the same result over and over but to have an infinite amount of machines that never give the same result. To allow chance to multiply exponentially creating the context of continuous leadership which can only exist in the mind of a follower. The best kings know that they are not a kings at all and their generals are more than prone to agree. The real leader is time and chance, infinite properties in and of themselves, of which man operates in but never can become. Most "rules of leadership" were written by followers. A leader rarely writes rules because he does not know why he leads. The 3rd condition is what is best, the true partner. For the true partner cannot be lead nor can he follow. Abandon the pursuits of leadership and followership and try to crack the code of true partnership.
