MUSHROOM BISON SLIDERS

I used raw mushrooms for the buns, but if you like a bit more flavor you can sear the mushrooms in a pan for 2 minutes before plating.

I baked the bison patties at 350*F for 20 minutes.

You can use any flavor of #flavorgod and mixing them in this recipe works great.

Makes about 12 sliders
Ingredients:
?1 1/2 lbs.-ground bison(or beef)
?1/3 cup - scallions ( diced )
?2 tbsp. - garlic ( minced )
?2-3 tbsp. - #flavorgod seasoning
?1 tsp. - sea salt
? 12 - mushrooms

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
1. Cut mushrooms in 1/2 and cut off stems.
2. Mix ground bison,#flavorgod seasonings,scallions,salt,garlic in a bowl.
3. Make 1 inch patties out of bison mix and place on a greased baking sheet
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove and place on mushroom buns.

Garnish with #flavorgod seasonings. And your favorites garnishes like:

Guacamole, mustard,grilled onions, tomatoes.
