So ladies, here's your Wednesday #throwdown for tomorrow:
12 Squat Jumps
12 Lateral Lunges
12 Modified Tricep Push Ups
12 Plank Rotations
12 Ab Kickdowns
Go for as many rounds as possible in a 15 minute set, taking breaks as needed. (I got 7 rounds in!)
FOCUS I want you to aim for as much #AIRTIME in your squat jump as possible, using you’re explosive strength. Brace your core throughout, and try to land as lightly as possible.
