"I'm not good enough! I'm too skinny! I'm too fat! I'm ugly! I'm not smart enough! I don't fit in!" There have been times in my life when I have said these very words to myself and more. Sometimes when life beats you down it seems easier to just curl up in a ball and stay in your bed all day but all that will do is set you back even further.
It took me a while to pull my head out of my butt and realize that the only person who can pull me down is myself, and I just wasn't going to let myself pull me down anymore. If you've been beating yourself up lately stop and realize this...you're strong, you're beautiful, and you can do anything you want! It may sound corny to some but it's 100% accurate! You just have to stop sabotaging yourself.
