SENIOR SUNDAY! Here's a tale to make yours wag from our friends at @susiesseniordogs! "I have an amazingly wonderful older baby of my own that I would like to share with you. His name is Van Halen. He's between 6-8 years old. He's a Cocker Spaniel and I love him to bits.
He was in a foster home for nearly a year. He had heart worms, was un-neutered, horribly matted, and had an ear infection from hell. And with everything going wrong his little tail never stopped wagging! He was treated for the heart worms, then had an Ear Ablation surgery which removed his ear canals to prevent further infection and pain.

Once I was able to bring him home, he was a perfect angel except for a little separation anxiety. He has been an inspiration to me and to all of my co-workers and to everyone at his rescue organization. I am so lucky to have this sweet boy. When he is not snoozing on the couch, he loves to play fetch at the park, go to the dog park, and meet strangers anywhere we go. I feel so blessed to have him in my life, no matter how long it is. --Kendall"
