#LonelyPlanet writer @lucyburningham has been taste testing some hoppy goodness in #Belgium. First stop: a tiny brewery called De Glazen Toren (in Erpe-Mere). Brewmaster Jef van den Steen is a mathematician who lives next door to the brewery and speaks "rock and roll English". His version of a dubbel, according to Lucy, was rich, dry and super bubbly.
