I've been experimenting with these little liquid Vitamin C "shots" this winter. I'm not going to bust up my flow with a jinx, but I've had a very healthy winter. I recommend them if you lack Vitamin C and don't get enough of it from the foods you eat. I found them on Amazon. #Do a Google search on lypo-spheric Vitamin C by the company LivOn if you have questions. This is just a personal anecdote.
