When Olly first told me about food prep I was so bored and I found it so anal... ?. I cannot explain to you how important it is to me now though. I hate having to rely on hotels / service stations / canteens to fuel me throughout my day. Last night before bed I cooked a turkey burger, super green soup and chicken & veg stir fry so I know that today, being at work for 10hrs means I'm fuelled with good stuff, I know what's in it and most importantly I know it's good for me. It's going to keep me alert mentally and keep me on track physically. Invest in Tupperware and give it a go, you'll be glad you did. ?
