Girls carry buckets past rows of makeshift shelters in the Saadnayel informal settlement for Syrian refugees, in #Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Syrian #refugee children there continue to suffer from sub-zero temperatures, freezing rain, snow and other harsh winter conditions. The number of vulnerable children in need of winter supplies has increased exponentially compared to last year.
