I don't think anyone could possibly understand how freaking happy this makes me!! I used to be embarrassed to post my squat numbers cause THEY SUCK, but this mornings squats ended with a set of FIVE at 123kg... Which I barely hit 128kg FOR A SINGLE last time we maxed about a month and a half ago sitting at my lighter body weight. I KNOW I KNOW, for all you out there who squat 9 millions tons that those numbers are shit, BUT progress is progress!!! And this is less than 16 hours after a killer sprint workout I did last night. I'LL TAKE IT!! Like @camargo_oly always tells me... We compete in the snatch and clean and jerk, not the squat ? Although it's nice to be able to squat a little weight with these legs of mine!
