Man. I'm so overwhelmed and amazed at the outpouring of love #DayDay received today. His musician community, his church community, his family, EVERYONE had the most amazing awe inspiring stories about his life. I hate that it's events like these that make me aware and grateful for the journey I've taken and the loved ones that I have. In everyday life I try to downplay the events that occur (guilt? Indifference? masking?) but I walked away inspired by the consistent narrative that was Day's life. Indeed he was excited and just happy to...just be. Thank you for everything you've done for us sir. Eternally #RIPDayDay!
