"Live long and prosper." Leonard Nimoy, the actor who popularized the Vulcan salute as Spock on Star Trek, died on Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. He was 83. Nimoy first starred on the Star Trek TV show in 1966, and then appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation, as well as eight movies, including J.J Abrams' reboot movies.
