Ladies, this is a great exercise to target the glutes and hamstrings, which also helps with hip stability and balance.
This isn’t an easy exercise at first but stick with it and you will master the form.

Tips: • Keep back flat and neck in neutral position •Bend at hips and keep knee behind toes • Keep Dumbbell close to shin • Use a straight back leg to counter balance stability.
