Mermaid or dragon scales? Who cares! I love this ? I was supposed to add to it but just loved it so much like this! I used scale stencils from @whatsupnails along with Dazzle Dry Blue Blood , also from @whatsupnails ? So mad that I couldn't capture the purple shift ? anyways, tutorial will be up later! #nailsbysloteazzy
