Rest is Paradise to Ahmad "Real" Givens. Yesterday he lost his battle with colon cancer. He had fought so hard and maintained such an amazing and positive attitude. I remember when we had him and his brother as guest on the RAR radio show I used to do in LA and he had such a great demeanor despite what he was facing. Truly an inspirational spirit! Fellas please make sure you get checked for colon cancer sooner than later. I've lost a couple of friends to this awful disease. And it's claiming younger and younger lives. Take care of yourselves my friends..
