I once visited a Korean restaurant where they served these peppers prepared exactly the same way only they were sitting in a dipping sauce for BBQ Kalbi ribs. You can also eat them straight up as a light, spicy snack or puréed into a sauce for whatever application you prefer. Roasting them over an open flame yields a hint of sweet with a savory, spicy finish. These peppers were also seasoned with one of my #FlavorGod seasonings. Thank you @occomestibles!

I can eat a pound or two of this simple healthy snack, grilled Shishito peppers. Wash. Dry. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill. Sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt peppercorn. Enjoy. Warning: some peppers may give you a nice kick.
