My #WorkoutoftheWeek is 'Underwaters'. This is a routine that is being incorporated into our current exercise regime and is a very good discipline in terms of control. The important element to remember in this is that you need to manage your breathing when you return to the surface. After completing a stretch of 25m underwater, this can be quite challenging! It takes concentration and the key is to focus on steady, controlled breathing that will help bring your heart rate down.
