#TBT - 4am in Tokyo, December 2010. I was traveling solo, so I headed to Tsukiji fish market, watched the fisherman bring in tuna, and sat down at this tiny little restaurant that served up fish caught that morning. Also met a kind local chef (in the photo) who proceeded to take me on a personal tour of the market. Best sushi of my life.
