One of the best ways to experience #FlavorGod seasonings is to prepare the classic Steak and Mashed Potatoes dinner. In this @mffoodies adaptation, he serves his filet mignon with mashed cauliflower and a stir fry of a vegetable medley. Beautiful dinner @mffoodies!

Filet mignon? with mashed cauliflower and veggies!
?bring a pot of water to a boil
? cut up one head of cauliflower into small pieces and add to boiling water
?throw in some #flavorgod garlic lovers seasoning
? boil for 6-8 minutes
?remove from heat, mash cauliflower and slowly add in 1/2 cup of nonfat milk with 2 tbsp of melted @omgheebutter, mash and stir until smooth.
?cut up 2 shallots, 8 asparagus, 2 carrots, a handful of baby bella mushrooms, spray pan, and stirfry shallots and mushrooms together, asparagus and carrots together.
? take another pan and spray it generously lol, don't be cheap here...its filet mignon!
?add 3 tbsp of #omgheebutter to the pan, and once the foam goes away add the filet mignon and sear it for 4 minutes each side...don't cook it so much that you get brownies.
?serve with mashed cauliflower and veggies!
