I discovered Rockdale county animal shelter last year by accident while filming nearby. They are a rural shelter without much support, so I wandered in looking for a kitty cuddle and offering to help them with whatever they needed. I know you've seen a few posts about different dogs/cats that are in need, but I'm posting now to thank ALL OF YOU because Rockdale just informed me that they've seen a 75% increase in foot traffic and adoptions since we began this journey together! This is huge!! HUGE!!! I popped by today and couldn't believe that there are only two cats and eight dogs in the entire shelter! Your support has also inspired a transformation of attitude and spirit in this little shelter. From the bottom of my heart thank you! Let's keep up the good work!
