Chef Wolfgang Puck serves up a preview of the dishes that will be devoured on Oscar Night at the Governors Ball at the Ray Dolby Ballroom. To please 1,500 guests, Puck and his team will work with 6,500 wood-fired Oscar-shaped flat bread, 250 pounds of troll-caught Atlantic Bigeye, 17 whole US wild-caught yellowtail, 1,300 farmed oysters, 7,500 individual U.S. shrimp, 250 pounds of sticky rice, 1,250 stone crab claws, 100 pounds of five-year aged white Cheddar, 300 whole Jidori chicken, 15 pounds of Rosemary, 1,500 pounds of Yukon potatoes, 1,000 grilled cheese sandwiches, and 3,000 homemade bread sticks... for starters.
