1 beet, peeled
3 carrots, peeled
1 inch ginger, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1 apple, peeled
1 radish, just cuz it's pretty, optional
A splash of cold water (sparkling if you have it)
Blend then squeeze the pulp in a clean kitchen towel to let the juice run through into a glass. (Serves 1)
