Happy Birthday, Laura! “English sweetheart #LauraMarling only played a handful of dates in 2014. I met up with her at NYC's Nylo Hotel before she played the Beacon Theatre later in the evening. She played guitar as I photographed and we spoke about cameras and world travel. Towards the end of the shoot, I noticed I didn't have much of anything with her looking at the camera. So I asked for a quick pose. She shyly hid behind the guitar and asked, ‘What should I do?’ I replied, ‘Just hold that right there.’” As told to RS by photographer @GriffLotz
