SENIOR SUNDAY! Big news from our friends at @susiesseniordogs! Big girl Zena, a 6 year old Mastiff/Boxer/Pitty mix, has finally been adopted!! Senior lady Zena arrived at the shelter last year in an extremely neglected and emaciated state. She made a great recovery, but waited a long time to be adopted. And now, her day has come! Zena has her very own family! Her new dad Jeff wrote, "She is a sweet faced darling, getting more comfortable and adjusted every day. She loves going on walks around the neighborhood and even more, loves her sofa! Still working on Zena & Player (cat) relations, but taking baby steps."
