We all know Comcast's "customer service" (and let's face it -- many cable companies in general) has a rotten reputation, but this has got to be a new low. The company actually changed the customer's name to "A--hole Brown" on a #bill after he canceled the cable service. His real name is Ricardo. #Comcast apologized -- the least they could do -- and fired the worker responsible for the blunder.
