My go-to immune boosting drink. I drink 2-3 a day when I'm run down or have a sore throat and it's gone by the morning.
Hot water, juice from half a lemon, cinnamon, dash of cayenne, fresh ginger, raw honey and 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Adjust with honey to make it tolerable.
