Evel Knievel's SkyCycle was parked outside of the theater here in Park City where they premiered the movie “Being Evel” for the Sundance Film Festival last night. Evel strapped himself into this thing back in the day in an attempt to jump/clear the Snake River Canyon in Idaho. That’s absolutely insane. I can’t fathom strapping myself to a rocket to jump over a giant canyon, especially in the 70s! The original jump failed (mechanical issue), and Evel survived.
