I had to post a picture of my friend and fellow stand up comedian Patrice O'Neal tonight. I looked back at one of my old comedy schedules and discovered that on this night many years ago I saw that I had brought Bruiser out with me on the road as I sometimes had. We had the most incredible time laughing at ourselves as we howled at everyone else and talked massive amounts of shit all night after the gig at a local food place.
I wish we were on the bill together tonight man.
If you are home tonight you should download some Patrice O'Neal and watch one of the greatest comedians to ever grab the mic and one that made all of us that shared stages with him better because we just had to be better around him.
