Last weekend you took us all over the great outdoors with your #snowga poses and beautiful beach yoga for @beachyogagirl's weekend yoga project. This weekend, we’ve decided to keep you a bit warmer. ?We’re excited to announce this weekend’s yoga project:
#alowypinside. Every Friday, @beachyogagirl will be hosting a Weekend Yoga Project to give you something fun to work on over the weekend and we'll be giving away some prizes for each weekend, so join in on the fun! The fourth FRIDAY of every month will be to post a photo of you inside! You can post any pose you like and anywhere you’d like, just make sure that you are inside. Giveaway details:
1⃣ Snap a photo of you doing any pose you’d like, just make sure you’re inside! ???????
