✨The C House was designed in #2014 by the Parasite Studio and it is located in #Timisoara, #Romania, in a recently developed neighborhood at the edge of the #city that features heterogeneous volumes when it comes to #geometry, #layout and #color, so the designers chose a simple black and white structure to bring out the building in the given context and also provide additional privacy for the inhabitants.
The white tones highlight the vertical and horizontal placement of the volume, while the black makes the openings stand out and each side of the #faade was designed to create a relation with its orientation point.
The walkways all lead to the #living room which is the core of the residence and it arranges the entire layout of the interior while also controlling the ambiance through the natural ventilation. The upper level has two private zones comprised of the master #bedroom and the children’s rooms, each of them separated through a walkway with an overview of the living area.
The #house extends to the backyard with leisure spaces and a #swimming #pool landscaped to combine greenery and pavement in a balanced manner.
