It's Monday. Today is the day I like to casually dress as a Jedi, like my father before me, and hit the gym.
I'm doing a few reps of Force Tosses followed by X-Wing Dagobah dead lifts while doing a one armed handstand. After that a light lunch and I come back and I'm in the trash compactor for a set of Death Star escapes (aka burpies).
I have a bad feeling about this.. But it's the best kind of bad feeling once you're done.
