On my way back to NY, via Dubai on Emirates airlines - and just saw this again- this menu is actually what gave me the idea of writing the song "Jameson". And I ended up writing all the lyrics on the plane while the story was fresh in my mind. A tale of 2 different men's obsession with their vice- a vice that temporarily soothes the pain, but only makes him sicker. One man drowns his sorrow in the whiskey, the other in an unhealthy obsession with a stripper "Jameson". The same words apply to both.
