#Motivation was released as the third single from All Killer, No Filler during this month in 2002! At the time I was told that we needed another song that could be a hit. Since All Killer, No Filler hadn't even come out yet, I didn't really know what writing a hit meant. I picked up my guitar and wrote "Motivation" almost instantly and sure enough it became the third single on the album. #41iversary
