I remember 3 years ago I never lifted weights
1. Because I was afraid that I would get bulky
2. I was intimidated by the weight section in the gym, all I did was run and do abs
And because of that my body never changed, I was striving for a body that I was never going to get just because I didn't know! thank goodness I've found my passion for fitness and now I'm able to help others find their confidence in the gym and teach the importance of nutrition and weight training.
