I managed to talk the lady who owns her out of dumping her at the shelter this morning in the parking lot before it opened! She's a 1 year old Chihuahua named ❤️Daisy❤️ currently is located in Anaheim, CA. The owners "do not have time for her" the shelter kennels are outside & it's cold. She will need to be spayed & have shots which I can arrange. Foster is needed ASAP overall appearance was healthy she's just teeny tiny & scared!!!
