If you have attended an Insomniac gathering there’s a good chance you seen Mama Irene. For those who don’t know her, she’s the lively little Italian woman who is always dancing on stage, the love of my life, my mom, and the driving force behind everything that I do. It breaks my heart to let you know that Mama Irene is very sick and in critical condition. I ask that you please send her your positive vibes and healing wishes. She is the strongest woman I know and she needs all the good energy we can offer right now. As we come together to celebrate New Year’s Eve tonight, I would like to do something special for Mama Irene at each of our NYE events. Her favorite way to ring in the New Year is to dance with all of you beautiful Headliners. She loves the crowd and loves to be on stage. I understand one way to help a person get through something like this is to raise their spirits. I'm hopeful she'll return to a conscious state but will still would have a long road to recovery. At that time I'd like to have something incredible to help put a smile on her face. Whether you’re celebrating at White Wonderland, Countdown, Bassrush, or anywhere else, please come prepared to share your healing energy and love for those who are there with you, and those who cannot be. At one point in the night at our three events, we’re going to ask for a moment of silence and ask for a cheer for Mama Irene from all of you. We'll film it and play it for her when she awakes in her hospital bed. Thank you Headliners, I love you all. You're family to me. I wish we could all be together tonight to celebrate.
