A U.S. Army couple had to relocate their wedding because of President Obama's golf game. A friend of the groom, Rebecca Dryer, said the couple had to scramble quickly when their golf-course locale was taken, but found an “equally beautiful” spot at the Kaneohe Klipper course at Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
Adding to the unforgettable experience was an unexpected phone call from Obama, who phoned to apologize for the mix-up. "They were thrilled and so excited" to talk to the President, Dryer said. "It's not a negative thing," she added.
