Boho dresses and rainy afternoons...??? I've decided to cut all of my bracelets off on January 1. Terrifying, but needs to be done. Some I haven't taken off since 2007, some are made from braids from Andreas hair, some are from trips to Africa that completely changed my view of the world. One of them a homeless guy walking barefoot down the beach in Colombia made me while telling me his entire life story. I cried as he tied the beads to my wrist. He refused my money and I have kept that bracelet on for years.
Cutting everything off will be like chopping off all my hair, except nothing will grow back. I just need a fresh start. A clean slate. New beginnings.
