After 4 hrs at Eagle the airport of delays and private planes who don't call ahead...I rented us a car and drove 3 hours in the Colorado snow/night- sat one FULL hour of gridlock traffic. We shared a box of ticTacs! Had 15 calls w United to get our flights changed while checking other airlines, no flights anywhere from anywhere- was prepared to drive to New Mexico till someone said that was a bad idea- I Returned the car the Versa to Denver! Now we are on the Hertz shuttle. So. Close. Just gotta check the bags now... Haven't eaten yet today. I drove so fast and focused, I was in Dad Mode most of the day. I dare a ticketing agent to look at me funny and I will slap her home frosting hair color right off her head. TSA? Today is not the day. You swab my hands and I promise I will end up on the evening news! WE DIDIT! Now we just gotta pass Bluecifer safely and all will be okay! #hateRemoteVacays from now on? I vacation in Glendale.
