6 Walking lunges 85/60kg (185/135lbs)

7 Burpee over the box 24/20”
8 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg (70/53lbs)

9 Pull up

10 Toes to bar

11 Thruster 85/60kg (185/135lbs)
12m Handstand walk - This workout is performed as follows: (1 Hang squat clean, 2 front squat + 1 hang squat clean, 3 Box jump + 2 Front squat + 1 Hang squat clean etc. Till in the end doing 12m Handstand walk + 11 Thrusters + 10 Toes to bar etc
