?SYSTEM OVERLOAD!!!? just wanted to take a second and say something… I can't believe this moment is finally here!!! on Wednesday afternoon me and my small team of six started to ship out all of the pre-orders from Black Friday.. Now, being an indie brand that literally just put out its first products, I definitely was not prepared for how long it takes to ship thousands of packages… There are a few hundred orders that couldn't be filled in time for the holidays, and I just wanted to address that: whoever has not gotten a confirmation email with their tracking, Monday morning the rest of you will be taken care of… If anyone wants to kill me or yell at me because it's taking a few extra days, I completely understand!! ??? just know that we started Wed.. Thursday & Friday we were shipping 10 AM and finished at 2 AM last night and did as much as many as we could! Now I am prepared for the future when new shades launch... definitely be expanding my warehouse! ? to everyone receiving more packages in the mail, please hashtag #jeffreestarcosmetics so I can see!!! ? this is such a surreal moment for me...
