Just to explain what I did if you're interested:

Pyramid structure, starting at 10 reps then doing 9, 8, 7 etc after every round:
10 situps (elbows to knees in this case)
30 secs Bicycle abs (this stays the same going down the pyramid)
10 Obliques in push up position
No rest, then onto 9 and 8 reps etc.
Rest for a minute or so.
10 wide push ups on fists
30 secs jumping jack planks
10 narrow push-ups on fists
No rest, then onto 9 and 8 etc
