The Guggenheim building designed by #FrankLloydWright opened on Fifth Avenue in 1959. Though the core building remains unchanged, the use of its floor space has changed drastically to accommodate the museum's growth. This image shows staff in the old administrative offices of the Monitor building—today this space is known as the Thannhauser Gallery. #FrankLloydWrightFridays
