Pink peppercorn skins make a bright and beautiful cookie decoration, and they add just the slightest peppery bite to offset the sweetness.
Just put pink peppercorns in a sieve and rub with your fingers until the skins fall through. Then grind in a spice grinder and toss on freshly-glazed cookies. (Tip and cookie by F&W's @benbmims. Stay tuned, there's more to come!) #howiholiday
