Exactly 1 year apart - skinny to strong ? I may not look that much different but I'm 10 times fitter, stronger and healthier - and a few kilos heavier too ? Lifting weights is helping me slowly but surely build myself the body I've always wanted! It's a long process, especially with my body type... But I am persistent ? I'm currently on a bulk. My abs are fading and I'm wobbling around a bit, but I'm making incredible strength gains! Thanks to high calorie and high carb diet ? I will begin my cut in January, but for now it's time to keep on lifting heavy, eating big, and getting #girlgains ?
