Started today determined to really focus on fixing certain aspects of my technique and ended up focusing on not dying. Really trying to stay off my toes and activate my glutes and hammys more in everything. However, my legs said "HAHAHAH NO", and this ended up being one of the hardest workouts mentally that I've ever done. These sets shown were my warm ups/1st light set. Once it got heavy I literally had to put everything I had into every lift. Thank you to @connerirwin for really pushing me through today since I worked out alone. DETERMINED to never miss a clean in competition again. Tired of these legs/technique not workin for me!!
