Give it up for beach star @phildalhausser, who earned his fifth #USAV "Male Beach Player of the Year" award on Wednesday, his first since 2011, but this time around he's a different player. "I've become a little smarter on the court," Dalhausser said of the biggest difference between 2011 and 2014. "I was probably one of the most physical players on the court in the world at any time. I didn't have to figure out ways to get out of jams. I could just hit myself out of jams. Now I use more brains and less brawn."
