People ask us all the time what the secret to our success is, and the answer is simple - we focus relentlessly on personal growth.
I tell every member of this team, from the guy sweeping the floors to our head of global sales - ask yourself one question every day - How can I be better today than I was yesterday?
If you obsess over that question and focus on the acquisition of new skills through disciplined practice, there is no problem that won’t relent to your ever-intensifying will.
When people walk through our offices they always comment that people look like they are having fun. That’s because progression is a fundamental building block to true happiness. When people are focused, driven and working to get better every day, it manifests outwardly as joy. It also manifests in tangible success as evidenced by this #TBT.
On the left is our very first mixer. It was tiny. On the right is one of our many current mixers. It takes two people on a ladder just to clean it. That’s the progress that comes from a team-wide obsession with personal growth. Chase it. #OnAQuest #NeverDone
