Authority does not and should not blur the definition of right and wrong. Authorities and the people who are put in place, abuse this power and at the same time take our power away in so many situations. They SHOULD be setting examples of equality, anti racism, peace and love. Instead on too many occasions are using there authority to make their own rules which are not always right. No equality under the law is a problem! Even under the watchful of the people, real evidence in front of our eyes...... It's disgusting what the law is allowing to be seen as justice. It's NOT. Violence used against the innocent is WRONG. Mike Brown a young man, a son, and friend.... Eric Garner a father, a husband. Just two of thousands of lives that have been lost by selfish and careless violence carried out by the police/cops. Murder is murder. Killing is killing.
Being a cop/police officer doesn't change that. We have to make a change together in any which way we can. It's never easy but it is obtainable. To live in a kinder world. We have to shout out that what is happening in the world is wrong. Our voices matter. The people have the power. We are the people. We have the power. My heart aches for ALL the innocent lives lost whether made public knowledge or not. The families left behind who feel powerless. Let's become the voice of FREEDOM and JUSTICE.
