Appreciating Thanksgiving in a new way this year- we spent the day at an orphanage with 24, beautiful, smiling children. They were sleeping on wood plank platforms, 4 to a bed- so Kaya and I ran out to buy 24 new mattresses- sooo excited that they'll be comfortable tonight!!!
Thank you sweet babies for the profound and intense lesson of happiness, faith and appreciation in the face of hardship and abject poverty. We'll be back for sure.
